Since booking a puja requires prior purchase of customized puja materials (samagri), booking amounts are non-refundable once materials are bought or the schedule is locked.
If you cannot reach Ujjain on the scheduled date, you can request a reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled time free of charge. Reschedules are subject to date availability.
If you are unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances, we can conduct the puja online on your behalf via video call with your name/Gotra sankalpa. In this case, the booking amount is fully utilized for materials and dakshina, and no refunds are applicable.
In rare circumstances where we cancel the puja due to emergencies and are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment source.
